Throughout its 189 year distinguished history, Saint Paul’s United Methodist Church of Hartsdale, New York, has played a vital leadership role in defining the standard for the language of diversity. The love ethic in the teachings of Jesus and what it means is practiced daily. Our efforts at openness go beyond mere language and cultural issues, by providing opportunities for the entire congregation to participate fully in both the worship service and the administration of the church.

The role of Saint Paul’s is evident in our mission statement. Saint Paul’s Hartsdale United Methodist Church is a diverse Christ centered community, embracing and enriching others to know, love and serve Christ.

Saint Paul’s has been blessed with members from around the world, representing all continents other than Australia. While our congregation includes members of all ages, the largest percentage of members are professionals who work throughout the Tri-State area. Growing in relative representation are the children and youth of Saint Paul’s.

Being a church for all nations, Saint Paul’s embraces the changing community through the establishment of a Youth Program; and a true focus on specific needs both within and outside the congregation.
